I’m a Certified NICU Nurse turned Life & Performance Coach and Motivational Speaker.

I have often been called a social butterfly. I love meeting new people, and I’ve been told I give the biggest hugs. I am the type of person who will talk to a stranger in the grocery store as if we’ve known each other our whole lives. I thrive around others, but I also deeply value my “me” time—with a good book and a hot cup of tea to reset and recharge.

If i’m not at home, you’ll probably find me and my boys (yes, all three!) off on some kind of adventure, off-grid somewhere, riding ATVs and side-by-sides through the woods, fully unplugged and wildly alive, or spending quality time with family and friends.

I have a genuine heart for helping others find their purpose and balance in life. I truly believe that self-care and personal growth are the keys to turning your dreams into your reality.

My Why

In 2019, I lost two of my brothers and welcomed my first son—all within six short months. That season of deep grief and profound joy cracked me open and changed everything. You see, before that chapter of my life, I wanted nothing more than to be a Nurse. But after experiencing such a life-altering shift, I knew something had to change.

Life is too short to live any other way than to the fullest and that moment became the spark for everything I do now.

I’m here to motivate, educate, and elevate Nurses and Entrepreneurs so you can live at a higher frequency both personally and professionally.
